Decent jacket, slow support

I bought one of their biker jackets, the 'Road Warrior' model. The jacket itself is pretty good for the price; the leather feels durable and the zippers are sturdy. It fits mostly true to size, maybe a tiny bit snug in the shoulders but not enough to return it. Shipping was a bit slower than I expected, took almost 9 days to arrive. I also tried contacting customer service through email about a tracking update after a few days, and it took them about 48 hours to get back to me. Not terrible, but could be faster. Overall, I'm happy with the jacket, just wish the delivery and communication were a bit quicker.

Nah, pretty sure you can only use one code per order. Tried that once, didn't work. Most places are like that.

How do these guys compare to Dolls Kill or Killstar in terms of style and quality? Thinking about getting a trench coat.

I'd say Hard'n'Heavy is a bit more consistently 'goth' or 'rock' than Dolls Kill, which can be all over the place. Quality wise, it's probably on par with Killstar, maybe slightly better for certain items like their leather stuff.

They're a bit less 'trendy' than Dolls Kill, more classic alternative vibes. Quality feels pretty similar to Killstar for me, like good but not luxury. For a trench, I'd say they'd be a solid choice.

Definitely check their size chart for sure. I found it pretty accurate for a leather jacket I got last month. But yeah, if you're on the fence, maybe size up for corset stuff, can always cinch it tighter.

Totally legit. I've gotten a few things, like a leather skirt and some platform boots, and they've held up really well. Definitely not fast fashion quality.

Yeah, I've had good luck with them. Their combat boots are solid. Not like super high-end but way better than some cheaper sites. Quality is pretty decent for the price.

From my experience, usually about a week or so to the East Coast. If you're cutting it close, might wanna opt for expedited if they have it.
